Walter O. Alomar-Jiménez, Esq., MBA, LL.M is the Managing Member of the firm. Mr. Alomar leads the Corporate division. He advises clients on corporate governance issues and, more particularly, helping clients in the development of start-up companies giving special attention to the protection and licensing of their intellectual property.
Mr. Alomar is a registered patent attorney in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and works in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications on behalf of his clients. He also is a patent law professor in the University of Puerto Rico Law School. In addition, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Puerto Rico System composed of 11 campuses.
He was part of the Corporate practice of Pietrantoni, Méndez & Álvarez, LLC. Mr. Alomar has a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University.

Carolina Blanes-García, Esq. Her academic and professional experience combines key highlights that include, business experience, psychology and legal studies. Ms. Blanes has a degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico where she graduated with honors and a Juris Doctor degree from the Interamericana University School of Law of Puerto Rico. While working for Eurobank Trust Compliance Department, Ms. Blanes acquired business experience specialized in banking regulations and compliance processes. During law school Ms. Blanes participated as leader in a human rights workshop, Secretary of the Sports and Law Student Association and collaborated in multiple organizations and far reaching initiatives coordinating educational, fundraising and community events.
